We worked on Pulsar, a mining pool for the Chia cryptocurrency - the one that shook things up by using HDDs for “farming” instead of GPUs or ASICs.

The breakthrough was getting Pulsar listed on miningpoolstats before Chia even launched. Thousands of farmers were checking that site daily, waiting for pools to go live, and we made sure Pulsar was already there.

Because of that early move, Pulsar pulled in around 10,000 users before farming even started. When Chia finally launched, the pool shot straight into the top-10 worldwide, with most of the early community coming out of Germany.
